For the convenience of our patients we offer appointments at two locations:

Main Office:

This office is located on Hilton Head Island across from Hilton Head Regional Medical Center in the new Hospital Center Commons.  Building 25, Suite 100 the only single story building in the complex.  Click here or on the map for directions.

 

Satellite Office:

We offer appointments in the Bluffton area on Mondays.  Beginning March 2009 the office will be located in Hilton Head Heart’s Westbury Park office: 12-B Arley Way, Suite 102, Bluffton.

Appointments:

You may make an appointment with the physician of your choice by calling the office.  No referral is necessary.  Every effort will be made to see you as quickly as possible and at your convenience.  Unfortunately, due to the nature of our practice we may on occasion have to reschedule.

 

Preparation for an appointment:

When you come to see the physician for the first time, plan to arrive a little early to complete a medical history and demographic questionnaire.  Some of the questions you should be prepared to answer include:

· The name of your health insurance provider and the policy number

· Current employment information and contact numbers

· The name of medications you are currently taking

· A listing of any medical conditions that you may have
